Presenting 3D animation of the project located in downtown Livermore, CA – a vibrant small-town corridor with traditional buildings. The project strives to integrate with the surrounding context and to enhance the urban landscape via traditional Spanish Colonial Detailing.

The project consists of the demolition of all existing onsite structures for two new construction buildings of type IA and VA construction. New buildings are separated on site by surface parking and open space. The project has 222 dwelling units with approximately 14,220 sq. ft. of retail space.
