"The assembly consists of 127 market-rate residential dwelling units and a full ground floor of retail and commercial space over a partially subterranean garage. The development faces Broadway and is located in Oakland’s historic Auto Row District. The building itself steps back from Broadway, where an existing façade has been revitalized and integrated into the new building structure. The boutique apartment building provides a large mix of private, semi-private, and common open space shared between a landscaped podium deck and a 4,000 SF roof deck." - BDE Architecture.
