In my capacity as Creative Director, I collaborated with BDE Architecture to produce a compelling 3D animation for the North River mixed-use development in Petaluma, CA. The project involved capturing the local cityscape and scenery with drone and vehicle-mounted high-resolution cameras.

 

We then integrated CAD animation wireframes, which were precisely tracked to the live footage, with filmed video. Using a software suite that included AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects, we finalized the visualization with a custom soundtrack. This presentation was a decisive factor in BDE Architecture securing the project bid from the Petaluma City Council.
